This year, we are hosting a Christmas Adopt-a-Family program to bring holiday cheer to families in need across Metro Detroit. We’ve adopted 6 families from Wayne County and Macomb County who could use your kindness and support.

Here’s how you can help:
🎁 Donate Items: Pick an item from our list and drop it off to help fulfill a family’s wish this Christmas.
💳 Make a Donation Below: Can’t shop? No problem! Your financial contribution will help us purchase essential items for these families.

Adopt a Christmas Family 2024 Wishlist

This holiday season, help spread joy by adopting a family in need! Below is the wishlist for each family we've adopted from Wayne County and Macomb County. You can sponsor a family, donate specific items, or make a financial contribution to help us bring holiday cheer to these families.

Wayne County Families

Family 1 - Single Father 2 Girls, 12 years old

• Girl (1): Drawing/Art supplies

• Girl (1): Makeup/Face Paint

• Wishlist for Both: Hoodies (Women’s Large), Wireless Headphones

• Dad- Gift Cards, Nike, Visa

Family 2 - Grandmother, Grandchildren and Sons

• Girl (4): Wishlist open

• Boy (8): Wishlist open

• Girl (9, turning 10 in December): Wishlist open

• Boy & Boy (2-year-old twins): Wishlist open

• Household Needs: Living Room Furniture (Couch) & TV

Family 3 - Single Mom and Son

• Boy (Child)

  • Shoes: Size 2.5

  • Clothes: Shirt (8/9), Pants (10/12)

  • Toys: Anything to build or make (e.g., volcano kit, slime kit), Gift Card for Walmart

• Mom (Adult)

  • Clothes: Shirts (Large), Pants (12/13)

  • Wishlist: Anything appreciated

Family 4 - Single Father, 2 Children

• Boy (turning 8 in December): Wishlist open

• Girl (turning 7 in January): Wishlist open

• From Dad: "Whatever you get them for Christmas, they would love it."

Macomb County Families

Family 5 - Mom + Kids

• (2 years old, Girl)

  • Clothes: Size 18-24 months

  • Shoes: Size 6C

  • Toys: Elmo, Educational Toys, Musical Toys

• (1 year old, Boy)

  • Clothes: Size 12 months

  • Shoes: Size 4C

  • Toys: Light-Up Toys, Push Toys, Paw Patrol

Family 6 - Mom + Kids

• (15-Year Old Boy)

  • sizes: 38x34 pants, xl shirt, 11m shoe. Also like Nintendo games, Hoodie.

• (13- Year Old Girl)

  • Sizes: 18/20 husky/plus or 16w bottoms, xl shirt, 11w shoe. Also like Pokémon cards and drawing/painting.

  • Sizes: 14/16 girls bottoms, 14/16 tops. 8w shoe. I Like to crochet.

    
    

• (6- Year Old Girl)

  • Sizes: 12plus bottoms, 12plus tops. Size 3 kids shoes. Likes to do makeup.

How You Can Help

1. Adopt a Family: Select a family from the wishlist and fulfill their holiday dreams by providing the items they need.

2. Donate Items: Choose specific items from the wishlist and donate directly to us.

3. Make a Financial Contribution: Donations will be used to purchase items on the wishlist or meet additional family needs.
