7 Days of Christmas: Shirley Denise Housing Project Campaign!

7 Days of Christmas Campaign to support the Shirley Denise Housing Project. This initiative is dedicated to providing safe, affordable housing for families in Metro Detroit.

🏡 Why This Matters:
Every family deserves a place to call home. With the Shirley Denise Housing Project, we are creating opportunities for stability and hope, but we can’t do it alone. We need your help to finalize materials and prepare our current YCA home for a family in need.

🎁 Our Goal:
We aim to raise $2,000 by Christmas to complete this critical project and welcome a deserving family into their new home.

💛 How You Can Make a Difference:

  • Donate: Every contribution matters! We’re starting with a simple ask—$1 donations to support this meaningful cause.

  • Share: Spread the word about our campaign on social media, with friends and family, and within your networks.

  • Involve Others: Encourage your workplace, social groups, or community to join in and help us reach our goal.

🌟 With your support, we’ll meet this goal in no time and give the gift of a safe, welcoming home this holiday season.

Past Success For Adopt A Family For Christmas

Successful Launch of Tier 3: A New Path to Homeownership

We are proud to announce a major milestone in the Shirley Denise Affordable Housing Project with the successful launch of Tier 3: Homeownership through Land Contract. Today, we celebrate the first family to achieve their dream of homeownership, overcoming traditional barriers through our innovative land contract program.

This is more than just a home – it’s a new beginning. By providing flexible terms and overcoming common obstacles to homeownership, we’re helping families in Metro Detroit secure stable, long-term housing and build equity for a brighter future.
